Professional, heavy and wide roller from Wuta. It is used for such types of work on leather: uniform fixation when gluing several parts of the product, smoothing the glued surfaces (especially indispensable when gluing the lining), fixing the glued edges before punching holes for sewing, etc.

On the one hand, the functions of this tool can be replaced with a regular finger or a folder, but the main difference is that the roller presses WITHOUT friction on the surface, which can cause the parts to be glued to shift or become dirty (if it is not covered with a finish) and smear the coating.
