1. How to buy goods and place an order

  • The buying process  in our online store is similar as buying in a supermarket: you choose the product and put it in the Cart by pressing the button with the image of the basket (or the text Cart), while you can choose the desired quantity and color (if it is provided for the product) .
  • After that, go to the Cart (in the upper right corner of the screen) and click the Checkout button, then you go to the checkout page, where you ought to fill in your data for delivery, choose the most convenient payment and delivery methods. Also here you can edit the contents of your shopping cart: delete the products or change its quantity.
  • After entering all the data and choosing the methods: delivery and payment, you need to click the Confirm Order button, having checked the "... Read and Agree to the User Agreement" checkbox.
  • Further, if you selected any of the automatic Payment methods (PayPal, Robokassa, etc.), you will be redirected to the appropriate page of the payment system for paying. After that, return to the page of our site and see the message that your order is placed.
  • After placing the order, you will receive an email with your order information and payment instructions (if this is not an automatic payment through the payment systems). If you do not receive this email, check please the Spam folder (Junked email).
  • Further, in the process of processing your order, you will receive notifications by mail about changing its status: after payment, the status will be changed to Paid, after sending the order, the status will change to Sent and the tracking number will be indicated in the comments to track your shipment.

2. Shipping methods

  • We ships your order within 1-3 business days after payment (on weekends and holidays sending is not performed).
  • Sending is possible by any of the methods selected below. You can calculate the approximate cost of delivery yourself on the website of these companies (departure warehouse Omsk). In the case of delivery outside the Russian Federation, we are not responsible for paying taxes, customs and other fees, if any arises from the Recipient when ordering from our online store.
    • Russian Post (russianpost.ru) - in Russia and around the world
    • SDEK (cdek.ru) - across Russia and the CIS (warehouse-warehouse, at the request of the client delivery of a warehouse door is possible)
    • Pickup from the warehouse - only for customers from the Omsk region (after placing the order, call to agree on the time of meeting)
  • Immediately after sending, you will receive a notification to the email you specified when registering with a track number to track your shipment (specify a real and working email when registering). Also in your Account -> Order list, opposite the order there will be a button with the image of a truck, clicking on which you will be taken to the website of the Carrier, to track the order.
  • We do not send orders by cash on delivery, only after full payment. Exception: payment in cash, when pickup for residents of the Omsk region.
  • With dimensions of 20 x 20 x 30 cm and weight up to 3 kg - in SDEKe the price is the same (this is the answer to the question: why the delivery of 100 grams costs the same as 1 kg).
  • Please note: even if you have a contract with TK SDEK, the shipment is made on our invoices, and not on the ones you created.

3. Payment

  • Payment for products purchased in our store is possible in different ways. In automatic mode, you can pay using PayPal or choose one of the many methods offered by the payment system Robokassa.
  • Products purchased by you are sent or become available for download after 100% prepayment (except for free-of-charge patterns, which are available for download immediately after placing the order).
  • To date, the following payment methods are available:
    • Direct Transfer to Sberbank (only for Russia)
    • PayPal
    • Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, MIR, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay (via Robokassa)
    • eMoney: Yandex.Money, Qiwi (via Robokassa)
    • Terminals: Qiwi (via Robokassa)
    • Offline stores: Euroset, Svyaznoy (via Robokassa)
    • Online Banking: Alfaclick (via Robokassa)
  • Please note that payment is not through automatic systems (for example: on the Sberbank card) is posted manually, during business hours, and therefore the status of your order changes to Paid, not instantly.

4. Electronic patterns

  • Downloadable goods (pdf files with patterns, etc.) - do not require delivery and are available to you for download after paying for the order in your account.
  • Free patterns, do not require payment and become available for download immediately after ordering.

5. Other questions

  • We do not have an offline store, where you can go and choose a product, only an online store
  • If, after the order, you decided to add something else (and your first order was not sent), you can place a second order, specifying in the comments that it be sent with the order number XXX. We will combine them so that you do not have to pay shipping twice.
